Updated BART Fare Structure (Effective July 1, 2018)
Modesto Area Express will be going from a monthly pass to a 31 day pass. This pass will be good for 31 days once pass is activated and will be $175 which is the same price as the current monthly pass. Modesto Area Express will also be offering a 7 day pass for passenger convenience. This pass will be good for 7 days once pass is activated and will cost $50. These will both be available for purchase at City Hall, 1010 10th St. 2nd floor or the Modesto Area Express (MAX) office at the Downtown Transit Center.
The One way for $14 and the Round Trip for $16 options are still available for purchase and good for use the same day only on the date activated. These are both available to purchase on the bus, and at the Modesto Area Express (MAX) office in the Downtown Transit Center.
