Ed Bennett is second in seniority on the Modesto Area Express (MAX) bus driving team and is a proud alumnus of Modesto High School’ Class of 1966. He worked at the ammunition plant and Tri Valley Growers in addition to being a commercial driver before transitioning to public transportation in 1986. He has worked at Modesto Area Express for over 31 years and is impressed with the expansion in service and new Modesto Area Express facilities. Ed’s advice to new drivers is: “Take your time and be careful – stay safe!”
