Last June, riders took the MAX Customer Satisfaction Survey. We can’t thank our riders enough for taking the time to share their thoughts about MAX and letting us know where and how we can improve public transportation in Modesto. We are still pouring over your comments and suggestions, but here is what we’ve learned so far:
- 75% of survey respondents ride MAX 3-7 days a week
- 10% of survey respondents were students
- 82% of survey respondents said MAX’s overall performance was good to excellent
