The West Modesto Collaborative is hosting a Back to School Health Fair on August 17, 2024 from 10am to 2pm at the King Kennedy Community Center, 601 Martin Luther King Drive in Modesto. There will be a backpack giveaway (children must be present to receive backpacks), free school supplies, free food distribution, health screenings and immunizations, activities and fun for everyone!
