During the past year, the StanRTA Board and staff have been conducting a Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA). We called it The S Vision 2032 because it will determine changes for transit in Stanislaus County in the next ten years. The plan is to devise a transit system that will be truly regional and more equitable.
